Keep the punt in the shallows

Why a free punt ride is 18+

Social casino games copy the look, the sounds and the rhythm of real gambling. Swan Punt Meadow is for adults over the legal gambling age only and is never pitched at anyone under 18. Your age is checked twice: once on the banner as you arrive, and once more by a tick you must make when creating your account.

What Percival will never do

• Run, advertise or promote real-money gambling.
• Hand anyone a prize of real-world value.
• Sell coins or add in-app purchases to a mooring.
• Pole you towards gambling operators or affiliates.
• Lure you back with countdown clocks or streak counters.

A plain word from the punt

A free game can be tuned to seem generous, and it refills your purse at no cost. Real-money games do neither. A lucky afternoon on the meadow is no guide to how you would get on with real money at stake.

Ripples to watch for

• Staying out far longer than you meant to.
• Turning snappy when you have to stop.
• Spinning to float away from a bad mood.
• It is cutting into your sleep, your work or the people around you.
• You start looking about for a real-money version.

Your hand on the punt pole

• Choose how long you will stay afloat before you begin.
• Leave autoplay off; pole every spin yourself.
• Step onto the bank for regular breaks.
• Clear this site’s data to start again from nothing, or block the site in your device settings if you want to stop altogether.
